BREAKING: Medical Team Lands At DSS HQ To Operate On Nnamdi Kanu

BREAKING: Court Of Appeal has opened up after report alleged that the three Judges who set Nnamdi Kanu free were sent out.

News ToGo had reported that the Court of Appeal had discharged the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra of the terrorism charges filed against him by the Federal Government. That judgment is yet to be obeyed by the government.

However, the Court of Appeal headquarters in Abuja on Tuesday explained that the transfer of its 21 Justices to various divisions in the country is not connected with the judgment of the Court that discharged and quashed the terrorism charges Kanu.

Countering some reports that alleged such, the Court of Appeal clarified that the postings of 21 out of its 81 Justices was a routine exercise aimed at reinvigorating the justice delivery of the Court.

The Chief Registrar of the Court, Malam Umar Mohammed Bangari, in a statement denied the media report that the three Justices who delivered the October 13 judgment that ordered the release of Kanu from detention were transferred.

In the statement he personally signed, the Chief Registrar said that only one Justice out of the three that handled Kanu’s matter was affected by the postings. He dismissed the false claim and warned the media to verify their facts before circulating information.

JUST IN: TB Joshua's Emmanuel TV Channel Removed

YouTube has removed the primary channel associated with the late founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Prophet TB Joshua—Emmanuel TV.

News ToGo reports that the channel, which broadcasts the religious activities of the church, was taken down following allegations against the late preacher. This action comes after the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) aired controversial documentary reports about allegations of torture and rape linked to TB Joshua.

The termination of Emmanuel TV’s channel on YouTube is a response to the platform’s policies against hate speech, cyberbullying, and harassment, particularly targeting survivors of sexual violence. The move follows openDemocracy’s report on more than 50 abusive videos amplifying attacks against Joshua’s accusers.

The documentary by BBC World Service, in collaboration with openDemocracy, featured whistleblowers who made on-the-record allegations of sexual and psychological torture, financial fraud, and criminal negligence by Joshua. In a disturbing backlash, YouTube accounts promoting SCOAN shared archival video footage depicting experiences of these abuse survivors, leading to the termination of Emmanuel TV’s channel.
