BREAKING: Tension In UK Over Queen Elizabeth’s Health, Doctors Take Swift Action

BREAKING: Tension in UK over Queen Elizabeth’s health and Doctors have taken swift action.
News ToGo learned that the Buckingham Palace said that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is under medical supervision at Balmoral after doctors became concerned for her health, BBC reported.
The Palace, in a statement this morning, said, “Following further evaluation this morning, the Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.
“The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral.”
Reports say the announcement comes after the Queen, 96, pulled out of a virtual Privy Council on Wednesday, with doctors advising her to rest.
Liz Truss, UK’s Prime Minister, said the “whole country” would be “deeply concerned” by the news.
She added, “My thoughts – and the thoughts of people across our United Kingdom – are with Her Majesty The Queen and her family at this time,”
Recall that the Queen appointed Ms. Truss as prime minister at Balmoral on Tuesday, instead of travelling to London for the event.

BREAKING: Falana Reacts After CTC Exposed Appeal Court’s Suspicious Judgment That Sacked Kano Governor

Femi Falana, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) has reacted to the release of the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the Court of Appeal’s judgment on Kano State election.
News ToGo reports that the CTC affirmed the election of Abba Yusuf as the governor of Kano State.
People noticed discrepancies in the judgment. Those discrepancies were contrary to the initial pronouncement by the chairman of the three-man panel, Moore Adumein. Adumein upheld the tribunal’s judgment declaring Nasiru Gawuna of the All Progressive Congress (APC) as the winner.
In the CTC, signed by the three justices, the appellate court awarded a cost of N1,000,000 in favor of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP). The APC was to pay the cost.
Falana highlighted the contradictory nature of the judgment. He quoted it, “I will conclude by stating that the live issues in this appeal are hereby resolved in favor of the 1st respondent (APC) and against the appellant (Governor Abba Yusuf).”
The court continued, “In the circumstances, I resolve all the issues in favor of the appellant (NNPP) and against the 1st respondent (APC). Therefore, I find no merit in this appeal, which is liable to be and is hereby dismissed.”
In the final line of the judgment, the court set aside the tribunal’s judgment that removed the governor.
Reacting to the confusion, Falana criticized the development, describing it as scandalous to the integrity of the judiciary. Furthermore, he questioned the court’s decision to penalize millions of voters for mistakes made by INEC officials.
Falana said, “You will be surprised if I show you the judgment of Kano. That one was almost scandalous. To my utter dismay, the majority judgment upheld the appeal, set aside the judgment of the lower court, and awarded cost in favor of the governor that was removed by the lower tribunal, contrary to the impression that was given out there,”
“The main judgment of the Court of Appeal has confirmed that the judgment of the lower court is wrong and has set it aside in writing and granted all the relief sought by Governor Abba. So many contradictions that the court can no longer explain,” he added.
