BREAKING: US Court Takes Decision As CSU Confirms ‘Female’ Tinubu Transcript

US Court has taken a decision as CSU confirmed ‘Female’ Tinubu transcript.
News ToGo learned that a US judge decided to delay judgment on a subpoena application seeking the records of Nigerian President Bola Tinubu, following a surprising revelation that a college transcript bearing his name identified him with a female gender marker.
This revelation emerged when Chicago State University (CSU) released the transcript under a separate court subpoena. Judge Jeffrey Gilbert of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois had initially been set to rule on the matter on September 12. However, the unexpected discrepancy in the transcripts prompted him to request additional time for consideration.
Tinubu’s lawyer, Christopher Carmichael, attempted to use the female gender marker on the transcript to dismiss the subpoena application as a baseless conspiracy theory. In response, the plaintiff’s lawyer, Alexandre de Gramont, pointed out that the possibility of Tinubu being identified as a woman was first disclosed in records produced by CSU itself.
CSU’s lawyer, Michael Hayes, confirmed that the university had indeed provided records to the plaintiff, Enahoro-Ebah, in 2022. He maintained that it was indeed Bola Tinubu, the Nigerian president, who attended and graduated from the institution. However, he was unable to explain the contradictions, and CSU’s administrators could not confirm the authenticity of the certificate Tinubu had been using.
Judge Gilbert, in light of Hayes’ confirmation of the records released by CSU last year, announced that he needed more time to process the confusion. He stated that his court would communicate a new judgment or hearing date to all involved parties.
The plaintiff, Atiku Abubakar, is pursuing the subpoena to clarify uncertainties about Tinubu’s background. This includes his age, gender, and citizenship status when he was admitted to CSU. Abubakar alleges that Tinubu submitted a forged certificate to Nigeria’s electoral office, INEC, in violation of the country’s constitution. As a result, he argues that Tinubu should not hold the presidency.
Abubakar’s time to submit a brief to the Supreme Court is dwindling, with only six days left out of the statutory 14-day period to appeal the tribunal decision affirming Tinubu’s election victory. He has urgently requested the court to expedite a ruling on the subpoena application.
